Monday

BODYSTRONG (Men's only) 7pm – 7.45pm
Men's BODYSTRONG is advanced strength training designed to build muscle and strength along with increasing testosterone levels that develop lean muscles mass.

BOXFIT  7pm – 8pm
High intensity boxing drills combined with cardio drills to get your heart racing. Awesome full body workout.

Tuesday

BODYSTRONG 6am – 6.45am
Compound and isolation exercise to develop strength and shape. Combined with pilates based exercises BODYLIFT is a real body sculpt. 

Wednesday

BODYBLITZ  6am – 6.45am 
A full body intense workout combining anerobic and aerobic conditioning drills to kick start your metabolism and keep it burning hours after your workout.

BODYGRIT 7pm – 7.45pm
High intense efforts of primal and body weight movements including pushing, pulling, slamming and twisting to get you strong and fit all over.

Thursday

BODYBLITZ 6am – 6:45am
A full body intense workout combining anerobic and aerobic conditioning drills to kick start your metabolism and keep it burning hours after your workout.

Just boxing! Boxing targets every single body part and you’ll learn form to get the most our of the session.
