We offer classes for every level, and each class is capped so everyone can get the individual attention they need.

Monday

BODYSTRONG (Men's only)

7pm – 7.45pm

Men's BODYSTRONG is advanced strength training designed to build muscle and strength along with increasing testosterone levels that develop lean muscles mass.

 

Tuesday

BODYGRIT

6am – 6.45am

Combines high intensity primal movements (pull and push) using battles rope, slam balls, sleds alternating with bodyweight exercises designed to increase mobility and kick start the metabolism to keep burning for hours after the session.

BODYHIT

7pm – 7.45pm

High intensity using a circuit of weights and cardio to get your heart pumping and keep you looking lean.

 

Wednesday

BODYBLITZ

7pm – 7.45pm

A full body workout using a combo of all the exercises from other sessions into one burst. We focus on Pilates based exercises to develop a strong core. Great class for the booty!

 

Thursday

BODYHIT

6am – 6:45am

BOXFIT

7.30am – 8.30am

Our most popular class. Up to 20 people split into two groups, one group concentrating on high intensity boxing while the other brutal strength workout. All rotate halfway though. Awesome full body workout.
